Abgerechnet wird ausschlie\u00dflich in Tagess\u00e4tzen. Der Tagessatz gilt pro angefangenem Kalendertag, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Flugstundenzahl, und deckt die Anreise im Umkreis von 100 km um den Sitz des Auftragnehmers ab. Eins\u00e4tze dar\u00fcber hinaus werden nach Aufwand gesondert abgerechnet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Konditionen: Einzeltag 950 \u20ac, ab f\u00fcnf Tagen 925 \u20ac pro Tag, ab zehn Tagen 890 \u20ac pro Tag. Alle Preise netto zzgl. gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Grundlage jeder Buchung ist der Rahmenvertrag \u00fcber freiberufliche Flugdienstleistungen. Mit der Buchung werden dessen Bedingungen anerkannt \u2013 unter anderem zu Absage, Ausfall, Haftung und Versicherung<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">ENG:<br \/>\nBooking as Pilot in Command, Co-Pilot or Safety Pilot \u2013 on fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. Services are charged exclusively on a day-rate basis. The day rate applies per commenced calendar day, regardless of the number of flight hours, and covers travel within a 100 km radius of the contractor&#8217;s base. Assignments beyond this radius are billed separately according to actual expense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Rates: single day \u20ac950, from five days \u20ac925 per day, from ten days \u20ac890 per day.
